Abstract:
Provided is a corrosion-resistant radially oppositely polarized magnetic ring, consisting of, in order from inside out, a magnetic ring body, an insulating coating layer, and a corrosion-resistant coating layer. The magnetic ring body is a nickel-zinc-ferrite magnetic ring. The insulating coating layer is a nylon coating layer. The corrosion-resistant coating layer is a nickel-chromium alloy titanium nitride coating layer. The nylon coating layer has a thickness of 200 to 400 micrometers. The nickel-chromium alloy titanium nitride coating layer has a thickness of 100 to 200 micrometers. The corrosion-resistant radially oppositely polarized magnetic ring of the present invention has the following technical effect: even if the magnet is severely corroded, the magnetism does not weaken.
