Abstract:
A corrosive-gas-mixture-filled container includes a closed container and a gas that is filled in the closed container and that contains a corrosive gas. In the corrosive-gas-mixture-filled container, the gas-phase moisture concentration in the gas is 400 ppm by mole or less, the closed container includes a cylindrical body having a metal layer having an inner surface in contact with the corrosive gas mixture, and the maximum height of surface roughness on the inner surface of the metal layer of the cylindrical body is 50 μm or less.
