Abstract:
Provided is a corrugated cardboard sheet manufacturing system capable of quickly reducing warpage of a corrugated cardboard sheet. The corrugated cardboard sheet manufacturing system is provided with: a production state information acquisition means 2a; a control value information acquisition means 26 for acquiring control value information of a control element of a corrugated cardboard sheet manufacturing apparatus exerting an influence on the warpage of a corrugated cardboard sheet; a warpage information acquisition means for acquiring information relating to a warpage amount of the corrugated cardboard sheet; a storage means 25 for storing a performance data set including at least production state information, the control value information, and the warpage information; a pre-control table 21 in which a standard control value of the control element is set in accordance with a production state; a correction table 23 for correcting the standard control value to set an initial control value; an update means 24 for updating the correction table 23 by reflecting the performance data set; and control means 26 for performing feedforward control of the control element using the initial control value.
