Abstract:
Provided are a corrugated cardboard sheet printing apparatus and a box making machine capable of preventing a corrugated cardboard sheet from contacting an ink jet head while suppressing a reduction in print quality of the corrugated cardboard sheet. The corrugated cardboard sheet printing apparatus is provided with: a regulation apparatus that regulates approach of the corrugated cardboard sheet to the ink jet head within a prescribed distance; and a control apparatus (20). The regulation apparatus has a plurality of regulation means juxtaposed in a width direction of the corrugated cardboard sheet, and a movement mechanism that separately moves the plurality of regulation means in the width direction. The control apparatus (20) has a specific region setting unit (20C) that divisionally sets a specific region, which has a less impact on the print quality even under regulation of the regulation means, in the sheet width direction with respect to the corrugated cardboard sheet based on order information, and a movement mechanism control unit (20D) that controls an operation of the movement mechanism to separately move the regulation means so as to regulate the corrugated cardboard sheet in the specific region.
