Abstract:
A corrugated fiberboard die cutting processing device and a die cutting process, the device comprising a case (2), a die cutting roller (208) and a pressure roller (209) being provided inside of the case (2), and further comprising a conveyor belt (1), a feeding apparatus (3), a lifting plate (4), a transfer plate (5), a hydraulic cylinder (6), and a controller (7); a discharge end of the case (2) is connected to the conveyor belt (1), a side of a feeding end of the case (2) is provided with the hydraulic cylinder (6), a top end of the hydraulic cylinder (6) is provided with the lifting plate (4), a top end of the lifting plate (4) is connected to the transfer plate (5) by means of a transmission structure, the feeding apparatus (3) is arranged above the transfer plate (5), and the feeding apparatus (3) is connected of the case (2). By means of the feeding apparatus (3) automatically sending corrugated fiberboard into the interior of the case (2), the working efficiency is improved and die cutting adjustment is simple.
