Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to readily absorb heat stress acting in the longitudinal direction of a flat tube and prevent deformation in response to heat stress acting in the width direction of the flat tube during operation of a corrugated fin-type heat exchanger. A reinforcing means (8) is formed at the root sections of side members (5) located at both sides of a core (4), and a stress absorption part (6) is formed on either side wall section (5b) of the side members (5) at a position sufficiently set away from a tube plate (3).
