Abstract:
A corrugated plate for a container and a container having the plate. The corrugated plate for a container comprises multiple trough portions (23) and multiple crest portions (21). The crest portions and the trough portions are disposed alternately along a lengthwise direction of the container, and each crest is connected to an adjacent trough by a slope portion (22). The corrugated plate for a container comprises multiple connected corrugations. Each corrugation comprises, sequentially connected, a slope portion, a crest portion, a slope portion, and a trough portion. An average length of the multiple corrugations is 300-600 mm. The total length of the trough portions is 0.8-1.2 times the total length of the crest portions, or the total length of the crest portions is 0.8-1.2 times the total length of the trough portions. The lengths of the crest portions and/or the trough portions of the corrugated plate for a container are adjusted to reduce the number of corrugations, reducing the weight of a container. The total length of the trough portions is substantially equal to the total length of the crest portions, improving flatness and bending-resistant rigidity, and reducing steel consumption and pressing workload.
