Abstract:
A corrugated roll is reprocessed such that the curvature of the arc-shaped curved surface of a ridge (12) of an upper corrugated roll (10) is made greater than that before processing. Also, the corrugated roll is reprocessed such that the curvature of the arc-shaped curved surface of a ridge (22) of a lower corrugated roll (20) is made greater than that before the processing. In this case, grinding is performed so as to maintain the maximum diameter of the ridge (12) of the upper corrugated roll (10) as much as possible. This enables the shortening of the length of the inclined surface of a corrugated roll connecting the ridges and valleys of the upper and lower corrugated rolls (10, 20), thus making it possible to reduce the rate of increase in the consumption of a core (d) of a corrugated core (e) of a double-sided corrugated board sheet (j) which is formed by the upper and lower corrugated rolls (10, 20) after the reprocessing.
