Abstract:
A corynebacterium ATCC 13032 improved strain capable of effectively expressing a foreign protein and a construction method therefor. The improved strain is a strain obtained by knocking out cglIM genes and a prophage genome in corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032 on the basis of the corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032. The improved strain can effectively express a foreign protein by knocking out prophage genes and knocking out genes of a restriction enzyme modification system.
