Title:
CORYNEBACTERIUM GLUTAMICUM MUTANT STRAIN HAVING IMPROVED L-GLUTAMIC ACID PRODUCTION ABILITY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING L-GLUTAMIC ACID USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/162189
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant strain having an improved L-glutamic acid production ability, a method for producing same, and a method for producing L-glutamic acid using same, wherein the Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant strain enhances the excretion of glutamic acid by introducing a Corynebacterium sp.-derived mechanosensory ion channel gene, thereby improving the production yield of L-glutamic acid, and therefore, it is possible to more effectively produce L-glutamic acid by using the mutant strain.
