Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum variant having an improved L-citrulline production ability, and a method for producing L-citrulline by using same. The Corynebacterium glutamicum variant can hinder the generation of byproducts and produce a high concentration L-citrulline in a high yield by weakening or deactivating the activity of a protein expressed by an NCgl2816 gene.
