Abstract:
Provided is a cosmetic applicator that can reliably scoop the appropriate amount of a cosmetic and that can come into close contact with a site of application such as the lips and uniformly spread the cosmetic. A cosmetic applicator (1) is configured so that an application member (3) has a substantially flat shape that extends out from the distal end of a rod-shaped holding member (2) at a 0 to 45 degree angle (θ1) with respect to the axial center of the holding member, the application member being formed in a helical shape in the direction of extending outward.
