Abstract:
Provided is an extendable cosmetic applicator. A cosmetic applicator (2) includes a double-structured shaft (16) having an outer cylinder (20) with a protrusion (22) on an inner side and an inner cylinder (60) with a guide groove (76) on an outer side into which the protrusion (22) slidingly fits, wherein the guide groove (76) has two transverse grooves (66, 70) that extend circumferentially and a vertical groove (68) that extends axially and connects the two transverse grooves, and wherein the shaft (16) is extendable by means of the protrusion (22) moving along the guide groove (76). The guide groove (76) also has a second transverse groove (64) that is provided in a position circumferentially offset from the vertical groove (68) and extends axially to a distal end from the transverse groove (66) which, of the transverse grooves (66, 70), is the transverse groove closer to the distal end with an application portion (8). The outer cylinder (20) with the application portion (8) can be easily attached and detached.
