Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cosmetic brush cleaner having excellent quick-drying properties, which enables the easy removal of dirt, e.g., a cosmetic and sebum, adhered onto a cosmetic brush by impregnating tissue paper, a towel or the like with the cleaner and then wiping off the dirt from the cosmetic brush with the tissue paper, the towel or the like, or by atomizing the cleaner onto the cosmetic brush directly and then wiping off the dirt from the cosmetic brush with dry tissue paper or the like.
[Solution] A cosmetic brush cleaner characterized by comprising (A) 30 to 99% by mass of a lower alcohol, (B) 1 to 70% by mass of a volatile oil and (C) 7% by mass or less (including 0% by mass) of water.
