Abstract:
Disclosed is a cosmetic brush having a comb tooth function in a leading end of a brush part, with a simple configuration. A cosmetic brush is configured such that a brush part having bristles that disperse in a radiating shape and in a spiral shape from a twined part of a pair of metallic wire materials that configure a core wire part (32) is coaxially attached integrally with the leading end part of a brush shaft (22), and one lot of the spiral that is formed by the bristles upon the leading end part of the brush part (30), which is bent double near the leading end part of the core wire part (32), is configured to extend in the forward direction in a cockscomb shape. Using the lateral face of the base end part side of the brush part (30) when applying cosmetics, and using a group of bristles (35) that extends in the cockscomb shape of the leading end of the brush part (30) when using same as a comb to tease eyelashes, allows applying cosmetics to eyelashes and teasing the eyelashes into order. The cosmetic brush also has a very simple structure, wherein it is also possible to manufacture the brush part (30) merely by bending double the core wire part (32) of a conventionally known brush part wherein the bristles disperse in a radiating shape and a spiral shape around the core wire part (32), and thus, it would also be easy to manufacture said cosmetic brush.
