Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a Dahlia pinnata composition and a preparation method therefor, and one aspect of the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising a Dahlia pinnata fermented extract as an active ingredient, the Dahlia pinnata fermented extract being obtained by inoculating, in a Dahlia pinnata extract, at least one Bacillus sp. strain selected from the group consisting of Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and fermenting same.
