Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising ferulic acid, a basic amino acid, and a pH control agent, wherein decarboxylation reactions of the ferulic acid are suppressed so that the titer of the ferulic acid can be maintained even during long-term storage, and precipitation, discoloration, and deterioration of efficacy are prevented, thus providing a composition having excellent formulation stability.
