Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, as an active ingredient, a fullerene filtrate obtained by immersing fullerene in a solution and then removing the fullerene therefrom. According to the present invention, by comprising, as an active ingredient, a fullerene filtrate obtained by immersing fullerene in a solution and then removing the fullerene therefrom, antibacterial, antioxidant, and whitening effects can be exhibited, ultraviolet light and blue light can be effectively blocked, and since the fullerene filtrate (water/oil) obtained by removing fullerene is used as a cosmetic composition, dispersion is easy, and there is no occurrence of agglomeration and precipitation of fullerene particles, and accordingly, formulation stability is excellent.
