Abstract:

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing osmocells containing plant stem cell culture extracts and lactic acid bacteria exosomes. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging, wherein a paste of a lipid complex is formed from cell membrane lipid components and water by means of a high-pressure emulsifying apparatus, and then the lipid complex is introduced to an aqueous solution of plant stem cell culture extracts and lactic acid bacteria exosomes at room temperature, and a reverse micelle emulsion is phase-converted and stabilized.
