Provided is a novel cosmetic contact lens that can make the pupil appear larger while the cosmetic contact lens blends in with the eye of the wearer and does not look abnormal. A plurality of tapered spokes 28 formed from a colored part and having a narrow tip shape wherein the width dimension decreases toward the inner peripheral side from the outer peripheral side of a cosmetic contact lens 10 are arranged in the peripheral direction of the lens, thereby as a whole forming a circular cosmetic pattern area 26 in a peripheral part 16 positioned on the outer peripheral side of an optical part 14. The cosmetic pattern area 26 is present from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side of the corneal ring part 24 of the wearer's eye so that the inner peripheral end of the cosmetic pattern area 26 is positioned over the cornea and the outer peripheral end is positioned over the sclera. Meanwhile, tapered spokes 28, 28 adjacent in the circumferential direction of the lens are separated from each other, and non-colored parts 32 are provided between the tapered spokes so as to span the entire length thereof in the radial direction. The width dimension of the non-colored parts 32 increases from the outer peripheral side of the lens to the inner peripheral side.
