Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container from which a cosmetics accommodation tray can be removed through the adjustment of the opening angle of a lid, the container facilitating rapid and convenient removal of a cosmetics accommodation tray, that is used as a refill to be replaced, by means of the adjustment of the opening angle of a lid hinge-coupled to a container body. To this end, the present invention comprises: a container body (110) having a tray mounting chamber (111); a lid (120) that opens/closes since a coupling groove (122) formed at the front surface of a hinge block (121) is elastically coupled to be rotatable with respect to a hinge shaft (113) transversely provided in a hinge space (112) of the container body; and a cosmetics accommodation tray (130) mounted in a state in which an accommodation part (131) is accommodated and supported in the tray mounting chamber (111) of the container body and, simultaneously, a flange (132) extending outward from the upper end thereof covers a portion of the hinge space (112), wherein a lifting/lowering guide groove (114) is formed in the hinge space of the container body, a removal operation piece (140) is inserted into the lifting/lowering guide groove, and a lifting part (123) is formed at the lower end of the hinge block (121) of the lid, and thus during an opening operation of the lid (120) at a predetermined angle or greater, the lifting part (123) pushes the removal operation piece (140) upward while in contact with same and, simultaneously, the flange (132) of the cosmetics accommodation tray (130) is forcibly lifted up by means of the removal operation piece, so that the cosmetics accommodation tray (130) is partially removed therefrom so as to be replaceable from the tray mounting chamber (111) of the container body (110).
