Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a one-touch opening and closing structure and, more specifically, to a cosmetic container having a one-touch opening and closing structure comprising: a push member formed on an upper portion of an inner side of a container lid; an operation member formed on a lower portion of the push member so as to be opened outward by the push member; an operation guide member formed on a lower portion of the operation member so as to guide a horizontal movement of the operation member; and an elastic member installed in the operation guide member so as to elastically support the operating member, wherein guide grooves and a guide pin are formed in the push member and the operation guide member, respectively, so as to be fitted to each other, first and second rotary fastening wheels formed on a container body and the operation member so as to be fastened to each other, whereby when the push member is pressed, the operation member is opened to the outside so that the fastening of the container body and the operation member is released and, at the same time, the guide pin of the operation guide member is positioned in a second fixing groove among the guide grooves of the push member and the push member is fixed, and when the push member is pressed again, the operating member is elastically retracted inward so that the container body and the operating member are fastened and, at the same time, the guide pin of the operation guide member is positioned in a first fixing groove among the guide grooves of the push member and the push member is fixed so that the container lid can be opened and closed conveniently from the container body.
