Abstract:
A cosmetic device 1 includes a handle 20, a support shaft 50 which projects out from the handle 20, and a rotating body 10 which is a carbon molded body, and a recess 110 into which the support shaft 50 is inserted is formed in the rotating body 10. Since no through hole is formed in the rotating body and there is no opening in the vicinity of a skin contacting part, foreign matter does not readily penetrate into the interior. Since the rotating body, which is the carbon molded body, can continue to rotate smoothly, a cosmetic effect including a far infrared effect can be obtained for an extended period of time.
