Abstract:
A cosmetic for eyelashes characterized by containing hollow fibers having an irregular shaped cross-section. In particular, a cosmetic for eyelashes containing hollow fibers having an irregular shaped cross-section wherein the irregular shaped cross-section as described above is a polygonal cross-section having depressions allowing the orientation of the irregular shaped cross-section along eyelashes, the length of the hollow fibers is from 0.5 to 4 mm and the thickness thereof is from 20 to 50 μm is preferred. It is intended to provide a cosmetic for eyelashes which is excellent in the curling effect and long-lashing effect and gives beautiful finishing.
