Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic impregnation member molding method and, more particularly, to a cosmetic impregnation member molding method wherein an impregnation member is seated in a cosmetic container; a filling member having a partition formed thereon is tightly inserted into the cosmetic container so as to pressurize the impregnation member; air inside the cosmetic container is simultaneously suctioned; the filling member is then lifted slowly while discharging liquid-state or gel-state cosmetic materials having different colors or comprising different components, respectively, to the impregnation member through discharge openings formed in respective sections of the filling member divided by the partition; and, consequently, various colors and patterns are formed on the impregnation member by the filling member having the partition formed thereon. Alternatively, the impregnation member is filled with contents having different components, thereby having a stylish and aesthetic appearance, and is endowed with functionality by the different components. The filling member has a partition formed to protrude therefrom such that, after the filling member pressurizes the impregnation member, liquid-state or gel-state cosmetic materials having different colors or comprising different components, respectively, are discharged, thereby impregnating the impregnation member with the cosmetic materials. As a result, the colors do not mix with each other, the different components do not mix with each other, and the patterns are not destroyed. The filling member having the partition formed thereon is tightly inserted into the cosmetic container, and air is then suctioned through the filling member, thereby generating a vacuum state inside the cosmetic container. Such removal of air remaining in the cosmetic container guarantees that, when the impregnation member is impregnated with the liquid-state or gel-state cosmetic materials, the same is evenly impregnated while simultaneously preventing overflow of the liquid-state or gel-state cosmetic materials.
