Abstract:
The present invention provides a cosmetic material having a dispersion in which powder is uniformly dispersed in oil, said cosmetic material exhibiting excellent handling properties and imparting a pleasant sensation upon application. This cosmetic material is characterized by containing a dispersion in which (a) an oil containing 5 to 100% by mass of volatile oil relative to the amount of oil, (b) 0.1 to 40% by mass of a powder, and (c) 0.1 to 10% by mass of a dispersing aid, are dispersed by an ultrasonic crusher.
