A cosmetic method characterized by comprising:
a step for applying a creamy cosmetic to at least either the chin or cheeks;
a step for massaging at least either the chin or cheeks to which said creamy cosmetic has been applied; and
a step for, after the massaging, lifting up the chin and cheeks by using a mask provided with ear attachment members.
