Abstract:
Disclosed is a transparent or translucent cosmetic preparation which has excellent skin compatibility and excellent preparation stability, while being free from stickiness at the time of drying.
Specifically disclosed is a transparent or translucent cosmetic preparation which contains (a) a silicone surfactant represented by formula (I) and (b) a block alkylene oxide derivative represented by formula (II).
(In formula (I), R1 represents a C1-6 alkyl group; R2 represents H or a C1-6 alkyl group; and k represents a number of 3-30.)
(In formula (II), Z represents a residue that is obtained by removing a hydroxy group from a dimer diol; AO represents a C3-4 oxyalkylene group, EO represents an oxyethylene group and AO and EO are added in a block form; a and b satisfy 1 ≤ 2 × a ≤ 150 and 1 ≤ 2 × b ≤ 150, and the ratio of oxyethylene groups to the total amount of the C3-4 oxyalkylene groups and the oxyethylene groups is 10-99% by mass; and R3 represents a C1-4 alkyl group.)
