Abstract:
Provided are a cosmetic sheet, a cosmetic material, and a method for producing a cosmetic sheet in which it is possible to suppress scratching even in the case of a configuration in which a pattern of unevenness is formed on a surface of the cosmetic sheet. A cosmetic sheet (10) according to the present embodiment has at least a thermoplastic resin base material layer (1), a transparent thermoplastic resin layer (4), and a surface protective layer (7) formed thereon in the stated order, wherein: at least two layers of the surface protective layer (7) are layered; a second surface protective layer (6), which forms an outermost layer that is a layer disposed farthest from at least the transparent thermoplastic resin layer (4) from among the layers forming the surface protective layer (7), includes 60 wt% or more of an ionizing-radiation-curable resin that contains a polyfunctional hexamethylene diisocyanate oligomer; the arithmetic average height of a profile curve measured from the second surface protective layer (6) in conformance with JIS B 0601 is 15 μm or greater; and the maximum height of the profile curve is 38 μm or greater.
