The present invention provides a cosmetic sheet that is appropriately free of wiping resistance and that has excellent ease of cleaning due to ease of wiping off contamination thereof even when a contaminant strongly adheres thereto, the cosmetic sheet also having excellent design properties and being capable of having low luster. The present invention provides a cosmetic sheet having at least a surface protective layer on a substrate sheet, the cosmetic sheet being characterized in that (1) the substrate sheet is a thermoplastic resin sheet, (2)the surface free energy of the surface protective layer is 40 mJ/m2 or greater, (3) the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra0.08) of the surface side of the surface protective layer measured in accordance with JIS B0601: 2001 under measurement conditions of a cutoff value of 0.08 mm and an evaluation length of 0.4 mm is 0.60 µm or less, and (4) the specular gloss at an incidence angle of 60 degrees of the surface-protective-layer side of the cosmetic sheet is 23 or less.
