The present invention relates to a cosmetic tool with improved transferring properties, which comprises a body having an application surface in contact with skin and a cosmetic material and for absorbing and transferring the cosmetic material, wherein the body is provided with a moving structural part for moving the cosmetic material absorbed by the body in the direction of the application surface.
