Abstract:
Disclosed is a cosmetic tool having a structure wherein first to fourth sheets are stitched together at respective peripheral portions in such a manner that the stitched portions do not outwardly protrude in the entire circumference of the tool. A cosmetic composition in the form of a powder is filled between the powder-permeable second sheet and third sheet, and a foam sheet having a through hole is placed between the first sheet and the second sheet and/or between the third sheet and the fourth sheet. This cosmetic tool exhibits excellent cosmetic efficiency since the amount of the cosmetic composition permeated out through the first sheet is different from the amount of the cosmetic composition permeated out through the fourth sheet.
