Title:
COSMETIC TUBE HAVING STRUCTURE SEALED BY CHECK VALVE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/072804
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present device relates to a cosmetic tube having a structure sealed by a check valve and, more specifically, to a cosmetic tube having a structure sealed by a check valve, the tube preventing contents from leaking through an outlet when cosmetics are not used by forming the check valve on the top end surface of the cosmetic tube in such a manner that the check valve is pressed by a press plate formed on the lower portion inside of a cap when the cap is coupled to the cosmetic tube. In addition, the present device relates to a cosmetic tube having a structure sealed by a check valve, in which a puff receiving unit is formed in the cap, a puff is installed therein, and the puff receiving unit is covered with a puff cover so that a user can put on makeup without a separate puff, convenience of use thereby being enhanced. Furthermore, the present device relates to a cosmetic tube having a structure sealed by a check valve, in which the top end surface of the cosmetic tube and the check valve are configured to be horizontal so that a user can easily take contents without flection when taking and applying, with a puff, the contents discharged on the top end surface of the cosmetic tube. The present device provides a cosmetic tube having a structure sealed by a check valve, comprising: a tube container (10) having a receiving space formed therein; a shoulder member (20) joined to the top end of the tube container (10) and having an outlet (23); a check valve (30) coupled to the outlet (23) of the shoulder member (20); a cap (40) coupled to the shoulder member (20) and having a puff receiving unit (41) formed therein; a puff (50) coupled to the puff receiving unit (41); and a puff cover (60) coupled to the cap (40). Additionally, in the shoulder member (20) of the present device, a tube adhesive jaw (21) is formed to couple the top end of the tube container (10) thereto. Also, the tube container (10) of the present device may be coupled to the tube adhesive jaw (21) of the shoulder member (20) by means of high-frequency bonding, ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding or adhesive bonding. In addition, the shoulder member (20) of the present device forms a check valve insertion space (24), a content flow path (26) with an uneven shape is formed at the edge of the check valve insertion space (24), and a check valve seating surface (27) is formed on the outside of the top end of the check valve insertion space (24). Furthermore, the check valve (30) of the present device has a flat valve plate (31) formed on the top surface thereof and a valve shaft (32) at the middle thereof, and the valve shaft (32) has a deviation preventing protrusion (33) formed at the lower end thereof. The cap (40) has a press plate (42) formed at the lower portion of the inside thereof for push-pressing the check valve (30), thereby sealing the outlet (23).
