Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a cosmetic characterized by comprising hydrophobic particles (A), a carboxylic acid-modified silicone (B), a basic compound (C), and water (D), and by the hydrophobic particles (A) being dispersed in an aqueous phase. In this cosmetic, hydrophobic particles are well dispersed in an aqueous phase, and the cosmetic imparts a refreshing feeling during use. The cosmetic enables the formation of a water-resistant cosmetic film on the skin.
