Abstract:
Provided is a cosmetic that: has two aqueous layers and an oil layer that are stable; and has excellent aesthetics. The cosmetic contains: a dextrin (component A) having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000–300,000; a polyethylene glycol (component B) having a weight-average molecular weight of 4,000–30,000; an electrolyte (component C); an ionic surfactant (component D); water (component E), and an oily component (component F). Relative to the total volume of the cosmetic excluding component F, the content ratio of component A is 2.0%–10.0% by mass, the content ratio of component B is 2.0%–10.0% by mass, and the content ratio of component C is 0.05%–1.4% by mass.
