Abstract:
Taking into consideration the roughness of the surface of an application portion of an applicator, this cosmetics applicator has an application portion surface with an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 10 μm or less, in order to further decrease the amount of cosmetics accumulating on the surface of the application portion, and to further ensure that the cosmetics attached to the surface of the application portion is transferred to the surface of the skin.
