Abstract:
Disclosed is a cost management system, comprising: a cost prediction module; a cost decision-making module; and a cost assessment module. The cost prediction module comprises a cost analysis unit and an information collection unit. The cost analysis unit and the information collection unit are installed in the cost prediction module. The information collection unit comprises a real-time quotation subunit and a simulated quotation subunit. The cost decision-making module comprises a plan making unit, a plan revision unit, a cost control unit, a solution storage unit, and a solution determining unit. The plan making unit, the plan revision unit, the cost control unit, the solution storage unit, and the solution determining unit are installed in the cost decision-making module. The cost assessment module comprises a solution implementation summarizing unit, a personal performance evaluation unit and an incentive mechanism. The solution implementation summarizing unit, the personal performance evaluation unit and the incentive mechanism are installed in the cost assessment module. The cost management system of the present invention employs several methods, including information collection and current situation analysis, to achieve optimal formation and selection of a solution. The present invention performs solution simulation in a well designed system, thereby providing a solution contributing to the development of an enterprise.
