Abstract:
A costal cartilage slicer, comprising a base (113), a knife seat (114), a fixing structure (104), a clamp head structure (103), a knife holder (105) and a stop block (102). The knife holder is used for detachably mounting a blade (101); the knife seat is arranged on the base; one end of the knife holder is rotationally connected to the knife seat, so that the blade is driven to cut a costal cartilage block (2) by means of the rotation of the knife holder; the stop block is arranged on a lower side of the knife holder; the clamp head structure may move in a reference direction relative to the fixing structure; the fixing structure is arranged on a first side of the clamp head structure in the reference direction; the stop block is located on a second side of the clamp head structure in the reference direction; and the costal cartilage block to be sliced may be tightly clamped between the stop block and the clamp head structure. The thickness of a costal cartilage slice sliced by the costal cartilage slicer may be uniform and consistent.
