Abstract:
The present invention discloses a kind of cotton stalk peel fiber, which is a natural spinning fiber made of cotton stalk peel through processing. The length of the fiber is 5 mm-65 mm with the fineness of 0.3-2.5 D, the strength of 0.284-0.432 N/tex and the extensibility at break of 3% to -4%. The steps for processing are the following: peeling, skimming, degumming, preserving, cutting, tanning, opening, combing, baking, boxing and classifying, baling. The invention provides a kind of cheap and widely used natural fiber for textile, which has similar quality of jute fiber and stronger strength than that of cotton fiber and can be cospinned with other natural fibers, staple fiber or regenerated fiber into fiber yarns for different uses.
