Abstract:
Provided is a new coumarin compound having a level of light resistance equal to or greater than 3 - (2-benzothiazolyl)-7- diphenylamino coumarin. The coumarin compound is represented by general formula (1). (In general formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent an aryl group or heterocyclic group, the plurality of R3 and R4 structural units each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group, R5 represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, or a halogen atom, and X represents a nitrogen atom, oxygen atom or sulfur atom bonded with a hydrogen atom or carbon atom.
