Abstract:
A counter-force crossbeam raising/lowering and positioning apparatus for a test stand, comprising upright columns (3), and a counter-force crossbeam (2) that can be vertically moved along the outer side surfaces of the upright columns (3) and positioned; two ends of the counter-force crossbeam (2) are respectively provided with holding mechanism (5) used for fixing the counter-force crossbeam (2) on the upright columns (3); the outer side of the upright columns (3) is provided with a driving mechanism (6) used for driving the counter-force cross beam (2) to raise or lower; the driving mechanism (6) comprises suspension screw rods (7), and a driving motor (8) and nut-worm gear raising/lowering devices (9) provided on the upper surface of the counter-force crossbeam (2); the driving motor (8) is transmittingly connected to the nut-worm gear raising/lowering devices (9) by means of a power steering mechanism (10) and synchronous transmission shafts (11); and the suspension screw rods (7) match the nuts of the nut-worm gear raising/lowering devices (9) and pass through the counter-force crossbeam (2). The positioning apparatus is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and can provide great assistance for vehicle or bogie tests, safely and effectively shorten the assembly time, gain more test time for test of test pieces, and significantly improve the test efficiency.
