Abstract:

Provided is a countercurrent-type direct heating heat exchanger with which it is possible to inhibit wear of a container due to a heating subject fluid. The countercurrent-type direct heating heat exchanger (A) is provided with a container (10), a rectifier (40) which is connected to a feed port (12) for a heating subject fluid (1) and rectifies the direction of flow of the heating subject fluid (1) vertically downwards, and an umbrella-shaped dispersion plate (20) in which the apex is positioned directly below the rectifier (40). The rectifier (40) makes it possible to inhibit bias flow of the heating subject fluid (1), and the heating subject fluid (1) therefore flows down onto the vicinity of the apex of the umbrella-shaped dispersion plate (20) and evenly disperses in all directions of the umbrella-shaped dispersion plate (20). The amount of the heating subject fluid (1) in contact with the side wall of the container (10) does not increase in a localized manner, and it becomes possible to inhibit wear of the container (10) due to the heating subject fluid (1).
