Abstract:
A countercurrent ultrasonic extracting unit is provided. The unit comprises: an extracting portion, having an input-output dipping extracting pipe, a dipping extracting pipe and an ultrasonic dipping pipe in series, and also having a run-through feeder; a liquid discharging portion having a dreg-liquid separating device connected with an extracting liquid discharging pipe at the top of an end of the input-output dipping extracting pipe, the dreg-liquid separating device extracting liquid product by an outputting pump; a feeding portion, which connects a vertical feeding pipe at inner side of an extracting liquid discharging pipe on the input-output dipping extracting pipe, the vertical feeding pipe also connecting to a horizontal feeding pipe and both having a feeder respectively; a dreg discharging portion, which connects to a dreg discharging machine at an end of the ultrasonic extracting pipe, the outlet of the dreg discharging machine connecting to an extrusion machine, the extrusion machine connecting to a dreg output machine, a solvent recycling device also connecting between the extrusion machine and a dreg output machine; a solvent feeding portion, which connects to inner cavity of the dreg discharging machine via a solvent storing tank, a solvent pump, a flowmeter, a radiator and a solvent input pipe; and a cleaning device.
