Title:
COUNTING OF COAT HANGERS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2003/085596
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
After creation of a mobile coat hanger, composed of a bar (1), a slide device (2) two security’s abutments (3), two 'detectors (4) (left and right), a lower cover (13), after the hanging of the garments of the bar (1), after the lowering of the lower cover (13), allowing the crushing of the garments bag releasing the high part of the hangers to count up. After the case (5) being fixed on the slide (2), 'the contactor' (12) is activated. After resetting the meter (6) to 0 with the 'reset' switch (10), the counting sitting up with the 'start' switch (11). The contact of one of the 'contactor' (9) with one of the detector (4) (left or right) indicating the counting start. During the case (5) moving along the slide (2) parallel to the coat hanger's suspension bar (1), the 3 optical cells (6) laid out in the form of triangle will communicate to the meter (7) the number of beams breaks by the high part of the coat hanger located between the hanging bar (1) and the suspended garment. The meter (7) counts and displays the result of the noticed breaks. The 'contactor' (9) activation with the opposite 'detector' (4) records and validates the counting ending. The countings are added up if the meter (7) is not reset to 0. Resetting the meter (7) to 0 is done with the 'reset' switch (10).

Description:
DESCRIPTION

PROCESS AND MECHANISM ALLOWING THE COAT HANGER'S COUNTING FOR GARMENT HANGING ON The invention focuses on a process and mechanism allowing the coat hanger's counting for garment hanging on.

Today, there isn't any process or mechanism of coat hanger's counting. this is done only manually, with incertainly.

The process an mechanism of this invention allow such a counting in a fast and precise way.

The Process : Count all coat hangers hanged on a counting casc (5) on a sliding device (2) parallel to the bar (1).

Mechanisms : The supporting : The supporting is made of a bar (1), allowing the clothe's hanging on a coat hanger, by a sliding device (2), parallel to the bar 1), allowing the case (5) to slide.

Of two security's abutments (3) joining to each end the bar (1) to the sliding device (2) preventing the presence, at the extreme, right or left, of coat hangers hanging on the bar (l), a garment bag depressor allowing to take the garments bag off from releasing the part of the coat hangers to counting up.

Of two detectors (4), allowing the recorder either the beginning or the end of the counting.

This mechanism can be realized on a mobile and traditional supporting, as shown figure 1 below, but also fitted out in suspended clothes marehouscs, where only the slide (2), the two security abutments (3), the detectors (4) will be fitted out to the fixed hanging bars of variable length.

The counting case : The counting case (5) is made of 3 optical cells (6), laid out in the shape of triangle, by a meter (7), with a digital display, by a"reset"switch (10), by a start"switch (ll), by two "contactors"(9), by a"contactof' (12) and a battery (8).

The procedure : Fixing on the case (5), on the slide (2), the"contactor" (12) is activated Resetting the meter (6) to 0 through the"reset"switch (lu) Preparation of the counting through the"start"switch (l 1) Activation of one of the"contactor" (9) with one of the detectors (4) from left or right.

During the case (5) moving along the slide (2), the 3 optical cells (6) are going to transmit to the meter (7), the number of interruptions of their beams by the high part of the coat hangers located between the catcher bar (l) and the suspended garments.

The meter (7) adds up the number of intcrruptions communicated and displays the result The activation of the"contactor" (9) with the opposi. te"detector"(4) records and validates the end of this counting.

. By repeating several times the same procedure without resetting the meter (7) to 0, the totals are accumulated.

The meter (7) resetting to 0 allowing to start a new counting is done by the"reset" 10) switch Claims
