COUPLER-BUFFERING DEVICE, DOUBLE-SIDE ACTION COUPLER AND LOWER LOCKPIN ROTATING SHAFT ASSEMBLY

A lower lockpin rotating shaft assembly comprises a lower lockpin rotating shaft body with a first coupler lifting rod suspending hole at the outer side end and a connecting key in the middle portion, further comprises a lower lockpin rotating shaft sleeve with a second coupler lifting rod suspending hole at the outer side end, and the inner side end thereof is in fit connection with the inner side end of the lower lockpin rotating shaft body. A double-side action coupler and a coupler-buffering device comprising the lower lockpin rotating shaft assembly aforementioned are also provided. The coupler-buffering device also comprises two coupler lifting rods (20) and two coupler lifting rod seats (30), the coupler lifting rod (20) crosses a keyhole-shaped through hole of the coupler lifting rod seat (30) and is fixed in the same, and the coupler lifting rod (20) comprises a limiting segment (21) in conjunct position. The coupler head end of two coupler lifting rods (20) are hanged by the first coupler lifting rod suspending hole and the second coupler lifting rod suspending hole of the double-side action coupler after crossing the keyhole-shaped through hole of two coupler lifting rod seats (30) respectively. There is a gap between the limiting segment (21) of the coupler lifting rod and the bar-shaped hole wall of the keyhole-shaped through hole.
