Abstract:
A coupler having an overheat protection function, comprising a base and further comprising an overheat protection device. The overheat protection device is fixed on the base and comprises a temperature sensing member, temperature sensing particles, and a push rod, the base is provided with a placement cavity, the temperature sensing member is fixed on the placement cavity and extends out of the surface of an upper coupler, the temperature sensing particles are provided in the placement cavity and abut against the temperature sensing member, one end of the push rod abuts against the temperature sensing particles, and the other end of the push rod extends out of the placement cavity and abuts against a movable contact sheet; when sensing heat, the temperature sensing member quickly transfers the heat to the temperature sensing particles, and the temperature sensing particles deform when reaching a set temperature value, so that the movable contact sheet is separated from a fixed contact sheet, a touch switch is disconnected, and thus an overheat protection effect is implemented. The structure is simple and reasonable, and the temperature sensing particles are not easy to be damaged or broken.
