Abstract:
A coupling for an axle-hung direct drive motor, comprising an axle-side connecting disc (1) coaxially fixed to an axle and a motor-side connecting disc (2) coaxially fixed to a motor rotor shaft, and further comprises an elastic supporting rotation assembly (3). The elastic supporting rotation assembly (3) is radially connected between the axle-side connecting disc (1) and the motor-side connecting disc (2), so that the axle-side connecting disc (1) is coaxially rotatably connected to the motor-side connecting disc (2), and the weight of a motor is carried along a radial direction by the elastic supporting rotation assembly (3); the axle-side connecting disc (1) is elastically connected to the motor-side connecting disc (2) in a circumferential direction. By using the coupling, a better vibration reduction and damping effect can be achieved while a large radial load is satisfied, the risk of failure is reduced, the service life of a metal rubber part is prolonged, the use reliability of the coupling is improved, alignment connection between the axle-side connecting disc (1) and the motor-side connecting disc (2) is easily achieved, the reliability and convenience of installation of the coupling are improved, the installation process is convenient and simple, and maintenance and replacement are facilitated. Also provided is a method for designing the rigidity of the coupling for an axle-hung direct drive motor.
