Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a coupling circuit for 4G full-band power amplifier, comprising a directional coupler, a coupling signal output port, a low-frequency coupling path network, a medium-high-frequency coupling path network, a first handover switch and a second handover switch. The first handover switch is used to selectively connect a coupling end of the directional coupler to an input end of the low-frequency coupling path network or an input end of the medium-high-frequency coupling path network. The second handover switch is used to connect the coupling signal output port to an output port of the low-frequency coupling path network when the coupling port is connected to the input port of the low-frequency coupling path network, and to connect the coupling signal output port to an output end of the medium-high-frequency coupling path network when the coupling end is connected to the input end of the medium-high-frequency coupling path network. Thus, the coupling circuit can be selectively operated in the low-frequency band or the middle-high-frequency band.
