Abstract:
A coupling method for rolled pieces involves the following steps: cutting a first rolled piece (11) along the head of the feeding direction according to a preset acute angle (θ) with a bus (4) of a working roller (5) as a first oblique coupling side (61), wherein the magnitude of the acute angle (θ) makes the width (L2) of the first oblique coupling side (61) along the vertical direction of the roller bus (4) greater than the width (L1) of the deformation zone where the working roller (5) contacts with the roller pieces; cutting a second rolled piece (22) along the tail of the feeding direction as a second oblique coupling side (62) parallel to the first oblique coupling side (61); compactly abutting the first oblique coupling side (61) to the second oblique coupling side (62); and welding the abutting part to connect the first rolled piece (11) with the second rolled piece (22).
