Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coupling structure of glass frame rims which facilitates coupling and, more specifically, to a coupling structure of metallic glass frame rims, wherein the rims each have one side cut and consist of an upper cut rim (110) and a lower cut rim (120). A groove part (111) is formed at one side of the upper cut rim (110), and a fitting groove (113) connected with the groove part (111) is formed at the other side thereof. An insertion part (121) having a coupling groove (123) having a screw thread (125) formed on the inside thereof is formed at one side of the lower cut rim (120) while being configured so as to be inserted into the groove part (111). Thereby, using a binding member having a screw thread formed on the outer circumference thereof, lenses are fitted into the fitting groove (113) and are bound to the coupling groove (123). Accordingly, the present invention is a useful invention in that the present invention lightens weight by processing the thickness of the metallic glass frame at 1.5-3.0 mm; the present invention can provide convenience during processing since when lenses are fitted and fixed, the cut rims are not coupled through welding, a screw thread is not formed in the upper cut rim (110), and a screw thread is formed only in the lower cut rim (120), so that using a binding member, lenses are bound to the lower cut rim (120) and are fitted and fixed to the upper cut rim (110); and the present invention can ensure a firm fixing force even with a minimum screw thread since lenses are bound while the coupling direction of the binding member is not the upper and lower part (vertical direction), but the side (horizontal direction) of the glass frame.
